I have been a member for 2 years and have had nothing but excellent service. I was recommended to Hiway by the people we bought our house from...both were members and had rave reviews. I became a member because Hiway has some of the best loan rates around. When I compared with other local banks Hiway gave me the least hassle, the best rate and approved me right away. Some of the other big banks in town put me through a ridiculous process of approvals. Just based on my credit score alone, Hiway qualified me right on the spot.
This is the best example of their customer service... When I opened my accounts I received a call a few days later from the same banker I met with asking me if I had any problems using the ATMs or logging into their online portal. Super nice people who treat you like a person, not a number.
