These folks were fantastic! Our technician Vance was professional, meticulous, courteous, and took the necessary time to do the work extremely well. He very patiently explained the process and was transparent and thorough in providing the price quote for the job. The carpets looked incredible when he left...he even managed to get out some very longstanding stains that I thought would never come up! It was great to have the carpet ready to walk on--no wet carpets--right away! Definitely go with Carpet Dryclean!
