I live out of town and could only do my bridal pictures on a Monday, the day the salon is closed. It wasn't a problem! The ladies came in on their day off to make me look amazing. My hair was so beautiful, it was even better than I had imagined. I don't wear make up, so I was a little nervous about getting it done. Allison was great going step by step and making me just look like a more beautiful and polished version of myself. My nails were perfect and still look perfect a week later.
I am pretty confident there is no other salon in Richmond that would call in their staff on their day off. Customer service is number one, and my hair looked better than it ever has. Both times I have gone in they made me feel like I was the most important client! I feel so lucky to have found them to make me beautiful on my special day. This may be the one thing about my wedding that I don't have to worry about. I know I will look amazing!
