Like one of the other reviewers here, the jerk from Accurate came out to my home, didn't really want to do any work, ran the water in my kitchen sink when the stoppage was associated with my washing machine in the patio enclosure, didn't fix anything saying he'd need a release of liability from my HOA, took my co-pay and left. As far as I'm concerned, these guys/gals are a bunch of crooks. My home warranty company (American Home Shield - AHS) sent these dirtbags out to me. Do NOT allow them into your home - you will be out of pocket your co-pay with nothing to show for it. CROOKS!!
