Normally, I love Mongolian BBQ places and have had decent luck with Genghis Grill. I went there two Friday evenings ago.\r

Problem 1: we got there at 7 PM and there was a 35 minute wait.\r

Problem 2: They wouldn't let us wait in the very long line without getting our table. We had to wait for table and then wait AGAIN in long line.\r
\r
Problem 3: Get table, wait in line. THEY RUN OUT OF BOWLS for the meat causing a 10 minute delay. So now it's close to 8 PM when we get through the line.\r

Problem 4: This place was filthy! I know letting customers fill their own bowl can create a mess, but when you offer this, the restaruant manager needs to anticipate there WILL be a mess and do something about it. How about sending a sweeper to clean up all the crap on the floor? How about wiping down the counters, ESPECIALLY if you hold the line to wash meat bowls!\r

Problem 5: It took 15 more minutes to get our food. So now it's about 8:30. We eat (very hungry at this point) and head back to the line. Guess what? MORE WAITING! These idiots ran out of bowls again! There are not solid gold bowls. These are cheap plastic bowls and they can't buy a few extra for busy times? Takes another 15 minutes to walk over all the crap on the floor again.\r

Problem 6: I attempt to speak with manager and express displeasure. He just stands there with his mouth open and says nothing. Then, he proceeds to avoid me the rest of the evening not even attempting to do something to make a disgruntled customer somewhat happier. \r

Problem 7: The waitress came by our table two times in the three hours we were there. No drinks were refilled, no additional drink orders were taken, no service was provided AT ALL. \r
\r
So, for two trips to a grill, it takes almost three full hours. Rotten service. Dirty restaurant. Unresponsive manager.\r

AVOID ON FRIDAY EVENINGS AT ALL COSTS!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!
