Dear Chris\r \r Although your review of our store is more than a year old, my sister and I just came upon it and felt is was worth a follow up response for those reading it now and for those who might read it in the future. First, we would like to apologize for the problems you had last year in trying to reach us by phone. We didn't know about our phone problem ourselves until some of our long time customers let us know. When the technicians couldn't figure out what was wrong, we installed a completely new phone system that's worked fine ever since then.
