Have been in for a basic cut before, OK, at best. My bff talked me into going back for a facial she said it would be ok. We went for our appoinment and were told we would have to wait for awhile. 45 minutes later, a young (woman)? came to tell us that we would not recieve the service we had requested as one of the students had not come back from lunch. At this time the manager came to try to smooth things over, but at this time it was all too late.\r
I think they use the same product on your hair as they do on your face\r
