I went to Alhambra for the first time with a large group for my birthday, I loved it and so did all of my guests. I'm not sure what some of these other reviews are talking about, but I guess with such a large place you can't please everyone and others are just impossible to please. But, my friends were raving to me for days.
As for the entertainment and the ambiance it is definitely different, The Spanish Flamenco dancers were something I have never expierenced before. The Belly dancer is super sexy and I was even forced to get up and dance in front of people. (embarassing but funny) It is very busy here and the restaurant was packed after 9pm, people didn't seem to want to leave after there dinner was finished so they could see the show . I would recommend making early reservations to beat the crowd like we did not trying to slip the host a measily twenty like Arron L.
The food and drinks were great as well. We ordered bottles of wine for the table and some Sangria. As for the food we ordered the Appetizer platters to share and ordered our own entrees. I had the lamb tagine which was excellent. The people who were a little pickier ordered salads or the chicken and or filet kabobs. The table had no complaints in regards to our food. I beg to differ Lark G. that Reza's is any less expensive unless you want string beans or grilled potatoes.
Overall we had a great experience and I will be going back for sure.
