The front desk staff were very knowledgable and caring. When I went in the exam room the doctor came in after a short wait. She took a lot of time looking at my dog, discussing her previous history and suggesting a switch in her diet because she was overweight. Not only did she recommend a new diet but she took the time to educate me on potential problems my dog could have if she remained overwieght. I was impressed with the car that I received.
