I went to one of those ""15 min express"" places & they said 3 customers are before me and I had to wait 45 min + my 15 min so I waited for an hour and was failed. I did a LOT of work to the car and was failed again. The girl at the counter whispered to me that I might want to take it somewhere else so I took it to ""Just Inc.""\r

Just Inc. is AWESOME! They are so fast the wait was under 15 min and with out doing anything different to my car from the other guys that failed me it passed. There have been a few years after this that they have found some things wrong, but it's legit and I fix it and then they pass me. I will never go anywhere else ever again!
