I was referred here by our pediatrician for my daughter's constant headaches, which have brought her to the ER. The afternoon BEFORE our first appointment, I received a call telling me that even though I had insurance, they expected me to pay almost $350.00 up front, as our deductible had not been met for the year. I have NEVER had to pay this before a medical practice submitted their bill to my insurance for review. I told this to them & requested a supervisor. Left a message & still haven't received a call back 1 hour before they close. DO NOT go to thispractice unless you are independently wealthy & have the cash up front. Hell of a way to run a medical practice. I'll be sure to complain loudly wherever I can.
