My dad has been admitted to Saunders House on two different occassions. The facility is very clean and the food was not bad. Nurses aids were very helpful and friendly. Biggest complaint.....wait time whrn needing help. I actually rang for help several times, and both times had a wait time of minimum 15 minutes. I find this quite unacceptable. My dad fell several times because he got tired and frustrated waiting for someone to come and help him, and consequently attempted to get to bathroom unassissted. Hire more people. These falls were directly caused becuse he did not want to go to bathroom on himself.
