We had a nice trip to the Great Lakes Science Center, as it came time to go I decided to call a cab since it was pouring outside. I called yellow cab since it was the 1st one I thought of. The dispatcher sould not give me an ETA but said it would not be long due to the time of day. So, 30 min later.. No cab, so I call to find out if they are on their way. The dospatcher says no one has taken the call yet, do I still want to wait?!! It is now 5:20 the Science Center closed at 5:00... So I called Ace Taxi. They were there in 8 min and had text when they were 1 mi away as well as they were pulling up.\r
Screw yellow cab. What the hell do you mean that 30 min after I call you still dont have someone to take the call? Do you have drivers or not? Rediculous, who runs that place and how do they have a job?!!\r
