PF Chang's is your typical Americanized version of ethnic food, but then what whould you expect when the founder is Patrick Flemming (Yes, that is what PF is for).\r

Just not worth the effort if you really enjoy Oriental food. I would suggest crossing the tracks to West Homestead for Me Lyng's or travel to Oakland for the Oriental Kitchen, where the Oriental people actually eat.\r

But, if Chef Boyardee is your versian of good Italian food, then go to Chang's for the Oriental food.\r
