My first experience with this company was below par. I was told that my service would take 35-40 moinutes, but over an hour and a half later my car was finished. Then, they parked my very brilliantly clean car in a water puddle for me to walk through. They then forgot to leave the keys in the car, causing even more delay. All this with a 14 month old child was not enjoyable. They should have been upfront about the length of the service so I could make an informed decision for myself and my child. Also, after all this and making it clear that I was not happy with the gross underestimation of the time necessary for the service, they made me pay the $2 recyling fee, which was all that was owed due to using a Living Social coupon! Poor customer service for sure. Outside of my experience, the quality of the wash and wax was exceptional, which may be the only reason I give them another try in the future. more
