This place used to have consistently good service. Last night they put out an inexperienced chef who did little as far as presentation with fire and flare. The food was acceptable, but far from what I would normally expect. The sushi was bland and forgettable. What happened to all the good chefs like Len and Hai? You folkds need to step back and take some time to regroup.
