I called Famous Appliance to have them come fix my washer and dryer. The ladies on the phone were absolutely wonderful. They got a technician out the same day. The tech that came out was very professional and extremely knowledgeable, he had everything done and fixed within the hour. He had all of the parts on his truck with him so I did not have to wait any extra time. They really do mean 'Same Day Service' when they say it. I have used other companies in the past, but Famous Appliance is by far the best experience I have ever had. They were helpful from the moment I picked up the phone and called to the moment the technician left my house. I would recommend them to everyone.
