They are a small bank, with a small bank type feel, but they operate just as smoothly as a large bank. They have helped me with both purchases and finances. I have worked with Brad quite a bit, and I have enjoyed my experience with him.
The fact that they have their underwriting in house, and that I can talk to a closer or a funder at the same time, makes everything easier. It cuts down on all the red tape time because I don't have to wait while trying to get a hold of someone. I also love that they are paperless.
