We purchased our windows from WinDor several years ago. Since, we've never had an issue. They installed 6 windows upstairs, 3 windows downstairs and 2 sliding glass doors all in under a day. The installers were polite and friendly. The house now stays cooler in the summer because the sun isn't getting through in the same way and the insulated glass keeps the heat in on the cold winter days. We love them and always recommend WinDor to our friends and family.
