Estimate was given promptly after I called , but the job was never completed . Had to call them every few days to set appointment and make sure they are coming , but nobody shows up or calls me to explain what is going on .I took two extra days off , so I can be home and assist , but waisted my time and lost money. After five no shows I gave up! So after all if you want the job done right - DIY ;-( sad , but true
