After reading about the bad experience we had with a particular instructor, the owner of Waterworks contacted me. He offered us a make up session. He seemed really genuine about wanting 100% Customer Satisfaction. I appreciate that he cares about the clients and that he desires to make his swim school one of the best in Orange County.
