He was very unprofessional and rude. He offered the lowest prices and seemed very sincere. He promised he would do a great job and that we would be very pleased with his services. He ended up charging me more than we agreed to one the phone and carpets looked untouched. Please do not make the same mistake I did, it was a lesson learned in hiring a ""professional"" online.
