So you go in and sit in a dark room in a chair and learn to ""meditate"" for the first 20-30 min. Then you get to see the psychologist for 30 min. She is watching the clock and is very methodical in her answers or comments. Feels very fake. If you want to spend money on meditation you can do at home or for cheaper in a class, go for it. Her husband is the psychiatrist in the same building. It's a great arrangement for them.
