If I could give less than 1 star, I would.
I made the mistake of walking into this store to purchase a new cell phone. I was informed by the salesperson, DAN, that if I was unhappy with the service, I could return the phone cancel my account and owe nothing. And, I was indeed unhappy. After 10 days of very poor call quality, I returned the phone and cancelled my account. Yet, here I am, a month later having to dispute a $500 bill!
THIS STORE WILL RIP YOU OFF. TRY BOOST OR METRO PCS. You'll get better call quality, better service and cheaper rates.
