My husband bought me a beautiful ring and we got it for a great price.
I had problems with losing several stones out of the pave setting repeatedly. The in store customer service is great... they really try and take care of you. BUT the problem is it is a privately owned Co and each store has to go through their headquarters in California to get anything done. The customer service at headquarters sucks. Very slow and zero communication back to customer. I've had a very frustrating experience over this ring.
If I had not gotten such a great deal on the center stone which is a lovely yellow center cut diamond. I would of returned it and gotten my money back just out of principle alone. But I love the stone and know I would have a hard time replacing it so I will have it set into a new setting of my choice at a later date from a jeweler of my choice!
So bottom line great prices and nice selection of loose cut diamonds!
