4 stars because I think there could be some improvements made ... the waiting room needs aesthetic work and more stimulating reading material! Maybe some plants? It may be one of the most boring waiting rooms in the Pacific Northwest. Would also appreciate relaxing music as opposed to the hum of fluorescent lights...
