Worst Customer Service Ever 4/14/2011

Tv has been in their shop for over 5 weeks now and it's still not fixed. Lady at the counter said it would be done in a couple of weeks. They never answer their phones and I've had 1 return phone call during this ordeal so far. They said it would take a week to order the part, but that was 3 weeks ago. I'm afraid to give my real name on this review because another review said that when they came to get their tv to take it to another place they told them that they couldn't find it and that after 10 days they could throw out the tv. I feel like their holding my tv hostage. I want to go their unannounced to get my unfixed tv, but I don't know if they'll even be open, because they never answer their phones. Please stear clear of this company. It will save you a lot of headaches. I usually don't write reviews, but I'm so pissed off that I wouldn't wish their custumer service on my worst enemy. In conclusion, disregard the 3 or 4 postive reviews right after mine, because if you look at the history of all the reviews their are suddenly nice reviews after 1 bad one. Do you think someone from Briighton TV is trying to do damage control. That would be yes. more
