Moved into a rental that had BRAND NEW carpet and we spilled RED INK on it. Wayde was on time, professional, and successful at removing the ink. We were informed that red ink is one of the most likely types of stains to NOT come out, but Oops was able to beat the odds in this case. Would highly recommend them.
