I needed to buy some music flashcards for my son taking piano some time ago. I couldn't get to the store before they closed that day. The lady, Rachel I think, met me at a Carl's Jr. parking lot in my neighborhood! Does service like this still happen today? Yes, they are really nice. I haven't forgotten her kindness.
