We had our ducts cleaned as part of warranty repairs on our house, and so we didn't have a choice who did the work. I must say, though, that Marcio at Ductworks did a great job, and we would definitely hire this company to come back again. (He even vacuumed up some of my dogs' dust bunnies I missed under the desk! :)
