This is the first time I got my ducts cleaned and was very happy with my technician, Dean, and the process. It needed to be done and Dean was very thorough. Be prepared though - it takes as long as they quote to make sure the job is done well. He didn't even complain about having to get into my crawl space to access the furnace.
