I have been following Gene fo 8 years and he is by far the best. Amazing color, great detail and great prices. I get a tattoo every year for my birthday and I'm always happy. I've recommended so many people to him and they are always pleased. He listens to what you want as well as combining some of his ides and it's awesome.
