I have been going to Twiggs for a number of years loyally. They used to be good, but now I am giving up and looking to go somewhere else. Most every single time I have gone in for an appointment recently, they have kept me waiting 30-40 minutes. Rather than apologizing, the most recent time the receptionist tried to tell me that I had not been waiting that long. Since they said it would be another 10-15 minutes, I decided to run get a Starbucks (across the street); when I came back and found out that they could no longer fit me in. Now I'm searching for a new salon.
