I was really satisfied with Pacifica Nursing and Rehab Center for my mother's stay back in July of 2010. The staffs welcomed us with open arms and kindness. The rooms are always kept clean. The bathroom did not smell like some other hospitals or nursing homes that I have visited in the past. The nursing staffs are great to my mother even though they do not speak the same language. My mother stayed there for almost 2 months after her back surgery. My mother only speaks Cantonese - Chinese, I really would like to thank all the Chinese staffs, esp. the Chinese Physical Therapy Staffs (Kit, Helen and Ryan) who helped my mother through out the whole stay. They were very nice and helpful when my mom was in a strange place after her back surgery. I would recommend this facility to anyone in the bay area even though I am from Denver, Colorado.
