Went to the Airport Wheat and Rye last night. Shocked by the terrible service and rude waitress. I was the designated driver, and was told that I had to pay 1.50 for bottled water. I do not drink pop or anything with caffeine. When I told the waitress I was the designated driver she said, "" I don't own the place, I just work here"" She did not come back to the table until she brought the food, which took a long time. Most places the designated driver gets free soda or water. So if you plan on being responsible, do not go to the Airport Wheat and Rye. This saddens me as I do like the food. But I will have to try their other locations. I will not go back to the airport Wheat and Rye. I will make sure that all of my friends know this too....
