In dealing with the property management office, I can not emphasize the disrespect, unprofessional management practices, and lack of awareness for their military customers enough. Aside from that, the property overall is in abysmal condition. The oven never heats to the proper temperature and is less than half the size of a regular oven. One of the burners on the stove-top sparks while another doesn't even heat. The drain under the kitchen sink has burst twice in the 10 months that we've lived in the apartment. The paint is peeling, the outside lights are broken, and there is bird feces everywhere! The toilet constantly smells like sewage and has broken twice. Lastly, the walls are so thin that you can literally hear other resident's conversations Do yourself a favor and forget about Garden Plaza; they will take your rent and give you little more than a headache in return!
