I've owned a condo in Encinitas for over 24 years. I've served on the Association Board of Directors under 3 management companies. I also own a condo in Vista for over 15 years. I love to read about the gripes of people and as a Board member I've listened to my share of whinning, spoiled So Cal people for decades. What is it with with people these days anyway. Get over it. Man up and take care of your home and yourself.
