These guys serviced my cars when I lived in Pittsburgh from 2004-2007. My cars included two BMWs and a Jeep Cherokee. These guys are professional, courteous and responsible for the work they do. I particularly enjoyed the work they did on my BMWs. Since the BMW shop is just down the street from them, the guys at Baum were always able to get me serviced by the next day as compared to the BMW people, which usually required a week. Their work is excellent. I will miss them.
