We paid nearly $12,000 for a vinyl fence (a lot of property) and the price was comparable to other quotes. None of the installers spoke English. When the man arrived to pick up the day-laborers, I noted that the 3 gates would not swing. He told me to call the company. We called and called and were finally told ""It is what it is and you'll have to live with it."" I wanted to put their sign on our property but they never gave me one. We lived with it for a few months. The day before Thanksgiving, the owner called me and said he'd be out to get the balance due on our contract and I'd ""better be home."" We actually had to hire an attorney to get them to come out to even address the problem. When our attorney called the owner, the owner asked my attorney how many fences my attorney had installed and what did he know about it. Horrible, horrible experience. Run quickly to the internet and hire any other company but this one.
