Windows arrived earlier than anticipated. IOnstallation crew was professional, courteous and accommodating. Cleaned up both inside and outside of house. I had an electrical problem which forced them to come twice to finish job. No problem. Would recommend. Only issue is salesman. I believe he needs a refresher course in how windows are installed. Not at all like he said. He also spoke harshly of competition. It may be true but it is not professional. Product sells itself and installation crew is very good.
