She is great at what she does, but her people skills stink. And I mean STINK! She crams in four people, one in each room, and rushes through. She was late getting to my appointment, but got angry at me because I was on my cell when she walked into the room. I hung up right away, but she got so mad at me, and rudely told me that she heard I was waiting for her. I had to use my phone because she was so late that I needed to change my next appointment. She adjusted my back so fast and furiously that you could feel how angry she was. The best part is when your benefits run out, and she hands you a packet of these outrageous fees for you to pay her out of your own pocket. I guess she forgot we were in a recession. I left and found a much nicer and still highly qualified chiropractor.
