I'm a previous hot tub owner and even bought my last one at The Hot Tub Store, so it was natural for me to go back when it was time to buy a new one. I thought the service was great. I did have a few questions they didn't seem able to answer for me, but they did refer me to the Hot Springs customer line, and they were able to give me the answers I was after.
This time, I went with the salt system and not the chlorine system like before. The installation went fine. I've had two service calls so far, but let me tell you that once you get the salt system figured out, it's perfect. I've been very happy with the tub and the water is crystal clear.
