My experience with h&r block has not been so pleasant. I filed my taxes for the first time with them Feb 12 2011, I was told I would receive a refund for 623.00 dollars. Three weeks ago i received a bill from the IRS stating that I owe 215.00 dollars, I took this bill to my local H&R block office, they told me they would look into this and get back to me, 3 weeks have come and gone and still no contact from them at all, I call them at least 3 times a week and keep getting the run around. I am getting married on april 22nd 2011 and was depending on this money to go towards some of the cost. Now I have a bill due on 4/15/11 which is 4 days away and still no one from the company has contacted me. From what I have been told manager Anthony was looking into that was 2 weeks ago. if this is how you treat your clients then I think I take my chances doing this myself next time. People be very very careful when dealing with H&R block
