Richard made recommendations as to how to fix my a/c, offered me choices etc. He had my a/c fixed within minutes and it's working perfectly a week later. Richard is very professional, has a motorcycle like me and I can tell is a great all around human being. The process for writing a review here was very intense, having to create accounts, complex searches, and I would not have gone through that trouble unless a person had really made an impact on me.
