Unbelievably disorganized and then tried to blame the customer for their lack of service. I called and ordered pair of baseball paints not in stock (no problem). They said it would take about a week and charged my credit card. When I called to check on the order they told me the pants were backordered and would not be in for approx. 6 weeks--too late so I cancelled order. Then, about one week later they called and said ""your pants are in."" I told them I had previously cancelled and had to order from an online supplier and they needed to credit my credit card. They said we can't do that, you must come in. When I went in they accused me of not knowing what transaction I engaged in. They didn't seem to see that they had an obligation to know what had transpired but rather it was my responsibility to inform them. Unbelieveable! Avoid ""at all costs.""
