I Have been going to Rochelle for years. She is such a talented stylist. You can really see she truly loves what she does, and she is the best in her field! i live in Philadelphia, and still refuse to go to any other salon/to any other hair stylist. I would absolutely recommend booking an appointment with Rochelle today. She is absolutely on another level!!!
