My 4 kids had been going to Dr. Marshall for years with no issues. Then when calling for a refill on my sons prescription Dr. Deharo wrote the refill prescription because Dr. Marshall was gone. First thing first, he wrote the prescription for the wrong MG. It was way too much for my son and we did not find out until after paying the 50 dollars for the prescription and giving him his first pill that the doctor did not refill it with the proper MG. He did not even bother to look back at my sons chart to see what his dosage should be. To make matters worse, when attempting to talk to the front desk personel about this issue, they were extremely rude and unprofessional. They refused to pay for the new prescription even though it was there fault. They acted as if *I* was to blame. Never again will I take my children back to this incompetent staff of doctors and front desk personel. If they had simply owned up to the fact that they messed up and then offered to pay me back the 50 dollars I could have gotten past it but the fact that they were so rude is what gets me. Be warned!!!! I had all the faith in Dr. Marshall until now. She has a bunch of rude staff working for her and Dr. Deharo messed up big time by not looking back at my sons chart to verify which mg to prescribe.
