I was looking for a very hard to find part for my copier along with some toner, and called their customer service. Not only did they find the part, they're now keeping it in stock for me so that when I need more I can buy from them without searching forever. The price was right, the customer service was great, and I will definitely be ordering from them again. Toner cartridge prices are great!
