Our basement flooded while my wife Rebecca and I were away on vacation... Having not had the time to take a vacation over the last 3 years we thought our vacation would bring us home nice and relaxed.... well.. we were until we got home... and found our basement flooded!! In a panic I called our neighbor who had recently dealt with the same issue. We live on a golf course that is surrounded by areas of small ponds and marsh like areas. Fortunately for us, she was able to refer me to the guys she had used. I called affordable carpet and duct cleaning, which is also affordable cleaning services and the owner Guy Oliver and his crew came out late at night on a saturday night. Thank goodness for us, they offer 24/7 and emergency service. Not only did they offer it, but they were not miserable and grumpy to be there on Saturday night, I would have been! They came out and pumped out our basement, took care of the damage and returned the next day to install a sump pump system that would prevent the same situation from happening again in the future. They cleaned up all of the mess and my wife and I were able to unpack from vacation, have a glass of wine or two and go back into relaxing mode before the work week started again.... Thank you guys for treating our home like you would your own... your work is top notch and we really appreciate everything you did for us!
