Good service this time. However, a few months ago I was DISSAPPOINTED. Being 6 mins late for ONLY a lip wax, my 15 minute appt was given to someone else. After being a long time customer, this was my first tardy,due to an accident on Lake Ave that slowed me down. It takes less than 2 minutes for a lip wax. Sadly to say, I did not use your facility for months.
